User Accounts

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside , or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services ; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Services

Our product provides AI-powered voice recognition and translation services. We will try our best to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the service, but we do not guarantee that the service is completely accurate and error-free.

Our services include but are not limited to:

Subscriptions and pay-per-use purchases

We support different subscription plans, and you can change or cancel your subscription anytime you want.

We also support pay-per-use purchases, and the remaining time from pay-per-use purchases will not be cleared. If you have an active plan as well, the time in the subscription plan will always be used firstly.

Payment

We use Lemon Squeezy(https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/) to process the orders and payments, and accept all the payment methods supported by Lemon Squeezy.

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect on your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Refund

For subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription and continue to use the product until the end of the period without refund.

For pay-per-use purchases, you can request a refund within two months of purchase. We currently do not support partial refunds and you need to ensure that you have enough pay-per-use time for the order you wish to receive a refund for. For instance, If you have 70 min left in your account, you could ask refund for any 1-hour order within two months; if you happen to have a 2-hour order instead of an 1-hour order within two months, you could not ask refund for the 2-hour order since the time is not enough. You could purchase another 1-hour, and then ask refund for the 2-hour order since now you have 130 min.

Please use your registered email address to send emails. We do not accept emails sent from non-registered email addresses.

The refund amount minus the payment channel fee(if any) is the amount you will receive.

The services provided by our product are for reference only and do not constitute any professional opinions. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by using our product.

We do not guarantee that the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services provided by our product are accurate, complete, reliable, applicable, or up-to-date. We also do not guarantee that the server contained in our product is free of viruses or other harmful components. Therefore, when using our product, users need to bear their own risks.

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Services.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms of Services may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms of Services

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
