Which OS platforms and softwares does LiveSubs support?
LiveSubs is designed to support a variety of Windows applications, including Windows desktop software(Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WeChat desktop), Web applications(YouTube videos and live streaming program). It supports both speaker and microphone.
Which languages does it support?
English, Chinese, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Italian are supported. We are open to support more languages.
How is the time and bill calculated?
We count the number of seconds transcribed, and your bill is accurate to the second. Time in the subscription plan (if any) is always used before the pay-per-use time.
Can I request a refund?
For pay-per-use purchases, you can request a refund within two months of purchase. We currently do not support partial refunds and you need to ensure that you have enough pay-per-use time for the order you wish to receive a refund for.
For subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription and continue to use the product until the end of the period, there is no refund.
